Who will you be talking to?

You'll meet with one of our senior counselling students who:

  • Are trained in providing support and guidance
  • Offer a safe, non-judgemental space to talk
  • Are supervised by qualified professionals to ensure quality care

What support is available?

We offer free, confidential sessions where you can talk about:

  • Academic pressure or course challenges
  • Mental wellbeing, anxiety or low mood
  • Relationships, flatting stress, or personal growth

You don't need a big reason to book - sometimes a kōrero helps clear your head.

How to book

All sessions are free and confidential. Choose the option that works best for you.

Prefer to talk to someone in person? Visit one of our friendly Learner Success Assistants in the Library - they'll help you book a session.
