We offer free, confidential sessions where you can talk about:
- Coping with academic pressure
- Mental wellbeing, anxiety or low mood
- Relationships, flatting stress, or personal growth
You don't need a big reason to book - sometimes a kōrero helps clear your head.

You'll meet with one of our senior counselling students who:
- Are trained in providing support and guidance
- Offer a safe, non-judgemental space to talk
- Are supervised by qualified professionals to ensure quality care
