Our counselling students are here to listen, support, and walk alongside you.

We offer free, confidential counselling sessions where you can talk about anything that’s affecting your life or studies.

Our sessions provide a safe, non-judgemental space to explore challenges such as academic pressure, stress, or low mood, as well as personal or social issues like relationships, flatting stress, or life changes.

Whatever your reason, our team is here to listen, guide, and support you in a way that works for you.

Our counselling team is on the second floor of S Block, accessible from Nile Street.

You’ll meet with one of our senior counselling students, in person, online, or by phone. 

NMIT Student counsellors:
