Sometimes a kōrero is all it takes to clear your head. Book a free session
We offer free, confidential counselling sessions where you can talk about anything that’s affecting your life or studies.
Our sessions provide a safe, non-judgemental space to explore challenges such as academic pressure, stress, or low mood, as well as personal or social issues like relationships, flatting stress, or life changes.
