The NMIT Buddy Programme exists to help new learners, especially international students, feel connected and supported as they settle into life in Aotearoa New Zealand. New learners are paired with friendly, experienced students who can help them navigate university life, explore the city, and feel more at home.

Please note: The NMIT Buddy Programme is open to all students, international and domestic, but as this is a new programme, international students will be matched with their Buddy Leader first (given priority).
