Live with other students in a secure, modern, and study-friendly apartment. Located right on the Nelson Campus, just a few minutes walk from Nelson city centre. With a total of 42 apartments in three blocks, you can choose to live in a single bedroom or share a two, three or four-bedroom apartment.

Homestay accommodation
Homestay boarding provides a unique opportunity for you to live with a New Zealand family in your own furnished room. It is a great way to settle in a new city, new country, or simply a new environment.
Homestay is a popular choice for international students, especially for those who are interested in improving their English at home or getting to know a new culture.

They ensure students (both domestic and international) live in a warm and comfortable family environment that is safe, enjoyable, and enriching.
