Our friendly, knowledgeable IT Service Desk can assist you in most things IT.

The IT Helpdesk can assist staff and students with:

  • Login and password issues – it’s best if you can verify your Student ID card/number
  • Technical problems relating to using NMIT online and on campus IT services
  • Basic issues on personal devices
