Accommodation

Looking for accommodation? NMIT does not book your accommodation for you, but we can recommend the following options for you to make your own arrangements.

Nikau Apartments - Nelson campus

Located on the NMIT Nelson Campus, just a few minutes walk from the city center, these serviced apartments are ideal for independent living alongside other students in a secure, modern, and study-friendly apartment.

With 42 apartments spread across three blocks, you have the option to choose a single bedroom or share a two, three, or four-bedroom apartment. It's a great way to live alongside fellow students while enjoying the convenience of on-campus living.

For more details about pricing or to make a booking, visit the Nikau Apartments(external link) website. We recommend enquiring as early as possible, as rooms are in high demand and allocated on a first-in, first-served basis.

Please note: Bookings must be made directly with Nikau Apartments. While it is located on-campus, bookings cannot be made by NMIT.
