Graduation day in Marlborough

In Marlborough, our low-sensory ceremony will take place in the morning, followed by our main ceremony in the afternoon.

Then join us on a short circular parade through the Blenheim CBD streets, followed by light refreshments, and the chance to take more photographs with your guests and fellow graduates, at our post-ceremony celebration back at the venue.

Tips for an enjoyable day

  • Please arrive at the venue well before the check-in time and proceed to the rear of the venue.
  • Please make sure you eat and drink before you arrive, and we recommend using the bathroom facilities before the ceremony!
  • NMIT support staff will be on hand to guide you to the assembly area before you cross the stage and receive your qualification.
  • Light refreshments will be available in the foyer following the ceremony and parade.
  • Please ensure you return your regalia by 4.30pm, to the same location you collected it from.

Support and services available on the day

Check out the range of support and services available at the venue to help you plan your day and make it a celebration to remember - from parking, accessibility and refreshments to graduation gifts and keepsakes.
